The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.
Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer (affiliate link) + Inspiralized Cookbook!
We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!
Today, in honor of my brother Peter’s birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools – a Spiralizer (affiliate link).
And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you’ll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we’re also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.

Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.
TO ENTER:
To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: “Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?”
One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!
Good Luck!!

butternut squash and zucchini!
I have tried using cheep spiralizer, but this one looks SO much more efficient! I actually got a compliment from my husband when I sautéed the zucchini after trying my first spiralizer, and he’s not a big fan of veggies, so it would be GREAT to have this great piece of equipment. =)
I am new to spiralizing so I need to experiment more, but I have tried Zucchini and Butternut Squash from the grocery store and loved it! I want to try the recipe you have posted today for sure. Thanks for the inspiration!
I would do carrots, squash and zucchini and try apples. Thank you for the opportunity to enter to win
Sounds like fun and healthy…
I would love to try spiralizing parsnips with pears, butternut squash with apples, sweet potatoes, zucchini (of course)! I’d love to own a spiralizer, but have never gotten around to ordering one! Maybe I’ll get lucky!
