The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.
Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer (affiliate link) + Inspiralized Cookbook!
We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!
Today, in honor of my brother Peter’s birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools – a Spiralizer (affiliate link).
And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you’ll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we’re also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.

Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.

To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: “Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?”
One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!
Good Luck!!

Definitely zucchini BUT really anything that is possible. Eating znoodles has really changed our eating habits BOTH hot & cold. No more pasta needed.
Zucchini & carrots!!
I have never tried a spiralizer but are very interested in healthy eating.
I would probably spiralize lots of carrots. Apples would be fun…and maybe pears? I hope I win! 🙂

The fruits and vegetables I am most interested in spiralizing are zucchini, yellow squash, butternut squash, beets, onions, potatoes…white and sweet, apples, you name it, I’d LOVE to spiralize it. I’m a lifetime weight watcher and LOVE my fruits and vegetables. Bring it on! Thank you for this opportunity.
squash and apples
I am very interested in spiralizing as many fruits and vegetables as I can – I am a fruit and vegetable lover and want to have more options to eat many more. I realize that spiralizing the veggies will move me away from pasta – and that will be a very good thing.
Favorite Vegetables, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini (yellow & green) eggplant, peppers (all colors)acorn & butternut squash – would be nice to make “French Fries” out of both acorn & butternut, sweet potatoes – fruits, apples, strawberries, blueberries, cantaloupe, pears, summer fruits – pineapple, mangos
As you can see I love just about every fruit and vegetable theer is…
Would love to have this beautiful spiralizer. Thanks…
