The winner of the Spiralizer is Carol Jackson.

Congratulations Carol. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your Spiralizer (affiliate link) + Inspiralized Cookbook!

We had so much fun doing our Christmas-in-July giveaways, that we are going to keep them going in August!

Today, in honor of my brother Peter’s birthday, we are giving away one of his favorite kitchen tools – a Spiralizer (affiliate link).

And to provide a little extra inspiration so that you’ll always have a healthy recipe by your side, we’re also including the popular cookbook Inspiralized: Turn Vegetables into Healthy, Creative, Satisfying Meals (affiliate link) by Ali Maffucci.

Spiralizers allow you to beautifully shred, slice and chip most firm vegetables and fruits. They are the perfect kitchen tool for making quick low-carb, healthy veggie noodles from firm fruits/veggies like apple, onion, carrot, zucchini, cucumber, cabbage, beet, turnip, rutabaga, radish, potato, sweet potato, squash and more.

TO ENTER:

To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question: “Which fruits and veggies are you most interested in spiralizing?”

One random winner will be selected and announced right here on Sunday (8/5) morning!

Good Luck!!

  1. I would try carrots and all kinds of summer and winter squash! I would love to have this. I use a little hand held one now but it can’t handle harder vegetables like carrots and winter squash.

  2. I haven’t tried any spiralized fruits or veggies as of yet. However, butternut squash is a big favorite of mine along with apples and carrots. I would like to give them a try and expand the fruit and veggie “noodle” experience!!

  3. I believe that on the vegetable side, my favorites would be potatoes and squash to spiralize. Whereas on the fruit side, hands down, it would be apples and pears

  4. I would like to spiralize all kinds of veggies. I would like to try sweet potatoes, sprinkle them with cinnamon and sweetner and bake.
