WW Recipe of the Day: Skinny Cucumber Feta Dressing
Dressing can make or break a salad. Drizzling on the wrong choice can add hundreds of calories and tons of fat. While there are lots of lighter healthier bottled dressings available, it's fun and easy to whip them up at home in minutes.
I'm excited to share my most recent discovery—a skinny cucumber feta salad dressing. It's creamy, light and refreshing with just 1 SmartPoint. Talk about a salad lover's dream!

The recipe called for fresh garlic and dill. I used what I had on hand instead: granulated garlic and dried dill weed, with great results.
How Long Will Homemade Salad Dressing Last?
Store your dressing in an airtight container in the fridge. I like to use small jam jars. It should stay fresh for about two weeks.
