My husband taught me the best salad is made with green or red lettuce! Not the white lettuce one may get in a restaurant! Lettuce is mostly green, not white or pale green, yellow! I would like this for romaine lettuce thanks!

Aside from tomatoes which are really berries, I am an avid onion lover. They are so versatile. From soup to sandwiches, salads to omelets, casseroles to quiches, I love onions. They taste good, raw or cooked, and they’re good for you. Yum!
I like to have veggies, and fruits in my green salads, topped with feta cheese & olive oil.
