  1. Love Love Love Asparagus. Like any type of greens but my favorite salad is a Waldorf (crisp greens, fresh crunchy apples, fruity cranberries and some added crunch and meatyness from walnuts – topped off with reduced fat gorgonzola crumbles and of course made-at-home Sherry Vinaigrette). YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

  8. Salads of any kind are a favorite w/ romaine, tomatoes, onions. light dressing and some kind of croutons or unsalted nuts for crunch!
    Not only tasty but also healthy!
