There is a Potato Salad that is made in a town near us that is wonderful, but the price got so high priced to buy in the stores that we quit buying it. I found a recipe that has the same taste! So ours would be this wonderful homemade POTATO SALAD!!!

My favorite salad is a simple mix of romaine, diced tomatoes, snipped scallions and a few craisins tossed in an oil & red wine vinegar dressing with a sprinkling of (Lawry’s) seasoned salt ?
Favorite salad: romaine with fresh strawberries and crumbled goat cheese, dressed with a light strawberry vinaigrette dressing.
Fresh Brussel sprouts misted with olive oil and touch of red pepper flakes then air fried until brown. Yum!
