I like a variety of salads – 3 bean salads, taco salads, broccoli salads or a nice wedge salad with 1000 Island salad dressing.
Butternut Squash – I could eat if every single day. I love salads with grilled chicken and strawberries and Skinny Girl honey dijon dressing
I love radishes and cucumbers. They remind me of my dad’s garden.
My favorite salad lately is one with romaine lettuce and fruit such as strawberries and blueberries. I add a light vinigrette or poppyseed dressing.
My favorite salad is Beetroot, Roasted garlic & Quinoa salad with a sprinkle mozzarella light cheese
Favorite salad: broccoli/sunflower seeds/raisins.
BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad…love, love, love!
I love to make chicken taco salads or fajita salads. I also love to make green beans and carrots in my pressure cooker. Carrots have never tasted sweeter.
Cobb salad with grilled chicken
Cobb Salad – hands down. No question. Just make sure it’s got the avocado.
