  1. A salad as simple as cold, dry, crisp romaine lettuce with homemade garlic croutons and herb vinaigrette is the perfect prelude or side to any Supper.

  2. Il Salatone- where you have a meal in a bowl.
    Mixed salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, sliced fennel, corn, carrot, olives and feta. Dressing of oil, white wine vinegar and lemon juice. Yummo!

  3. I looove spinach, strawberries, chicken , almonds with lemon sprinkled in. I could eat it every day. ????

  4. My favorite salad is chopped lettuce with a variety of veggies and chopped rotisserie chicken on top.

    1. I love creating salads!! I use spring mix, some spinach and romaine as a base then add as many fresh veggies as I have. I create different types of blends each time which always gives me something new and fresh to try. I love salads!!! ?

  5. I like Brussel sprouts. If cooked properly they can be wonderful. I really enjoy learning new ways to prepare them and then share my new recipes.
