I love a salad with a mix of lettuce & veggies topped with grilled chicken.
My favorite salad is mixed green salad with mandarin oranges with feta cheese and an Asian dressing.
Baby kale, tomato, carrot and cucumber with dash of vinegar and olive oil
My favorite vegetable is brussel sprouts! Love roasting them with salt, pepper, and a little olive oil.
I love a salad with lots of “things” in it: broccoli, celery, carrots, cucumbers, cheese, onion, olives, etc. Love the mix of all the veggies!!
My favorite vegetable is broccoli!
It would be a tie between cucumbers and cauliflower.
I love broccoli but my husband doesn’t even like the smell of it. Sometimes I eat it raw with a light dip or just put it in my salad – with all of the other stuff I like too: cauliflower, cucumbers, onion, peppers, carrots, and of course usually Romaine Lettuce.
My favorite vegetable is artichokes. They are so yummy with butter, lemon, and salt.
I love tomatoes especially home grown.
