I love steamed kale tossed with roasted beets and a squeeze of lemon and chilled.
I love a garden salad
I love green beans. My favorite salad is one I make. Iceberg, butter lettuce chopped. I add chopped red, green,yellow,orange sweet peppers, chopped onions, celery, cucumber,3 large green olives chopped, 1 Tbl Kalamata olives chopped and 1 medium tomato chopped. I use Ken’s Lite Itallian Dressing, 2 Tbls. Four( 4 Freestyle points total). It is more veggies than lettuce but my husband and I love it.
I love onions, I think they are my desert island vegetable.
I love zucchini, spinach, broccoli and tomotoes with some light pasta! Add garlic with some broth and grated cheese!!! I love salads with fruit also with non fat plain greek yogurt!
My favorite salad is Taco salad make with home grown tomatoes!
I like most vegetables but cauliflower is my favorite. I like it raw and cooked. I often put it in my salad. I like spring mix with Romaine, peppers, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, green onion, cucumber; the more veggie the better. I like Bolthouse ranch dressing. It is made with yogurt.
My favorite salad is mixed greens with sliced strawberries and glazed pecans with chunks of blue cheese and a raspberry vinaigrette..
A garden salad with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, sliced onions, celery. and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
I love broccoli salad with onions, bacon bits, craisins, sesame seeds & the homemade dressing. Yum!!
