  1. Spinach with shrimp, avocado, topped with a small amount of crispy center-cut bacon crumbles!!! Totally fulfilling and tasty!!!

  2. So very many wonderful vegetables…especially when they’re in season! But, my favorites are probably brussels sprouts & asparagus.

  3. My favorite salad is a WW friendly variation of the Chef’s Salad. I include both Romaine and usually red leaf lettuce. A little kidney beans, frozen peas, poached chicken slices, red & green peppers, cuke, grape tomatoes, reduced fat cheddar .
I make my own dressing using 0 point Greek yogurt, flavored vinegar and seasonigs, sometimes I add a little low fat mayo. Needless to say my dressing is never the same twice.

  4. I love all kinds of salad but recently have been enjoying a delicious beer salad with red onions and mandarin orange slices. So yummy!

  5. My favorite salad is big green salad with different types of lettuces, and lots of colorful vegetables. Favorite vegetable corn.

  6. I am a fan of cut up veggies and try to keep them fresh. I especially like to dip them into low fat dressings for snacks. All that chewing helps me forget the desire for fast food or sugar goodies.
