As soon as I saw this lovely last summer I just had to have it! It’s the prettiest slow cooker I’ve ever owned.

Every time I use it I smile. I think one of you should have one too 🙂

For those of you put off by the large size of this slow cooker – don’t be.

Here’s an amazing workaround when you want to cook a smaller amount: Just put the recipe ingredients into a smaller oven-safe dish and place the dish inside the bowl of the slow cooker. Cover with the lid and cook as directed! How great is that???

  1. The last thing I made in my crockpot was Beef Barley Soup. Cooked all day – house smelled great – and it was delicious.

    I made a version of your salsa chicken adding black beans, corn and lots of cumin! So easy and delicious! I eat this on salad for lunch and serve it to my family for dinner as enchiladas! Thanks for the inspiration and great recipes! I’m a life time WW member but not at goal so your advice has been really helpful. Have a great day!

  3. Chicken breasts with salsa and black beans. When it was done, I shredded the chicken. Adding shredded cheese was optional. WW friendly, easy, and delicious!
