As soon as I saw this lovely last summer I just had to have it! It’s the prettiest slow cooker I’ve ever owned.

For those of you put off by the large size of this slow cooker – don’t be.
Here’s an amazing workaround when you want to cook a smaller amount: Just put the recipe ingredients into a smaller oven-safe dish and place the dish inside the bowl of the slow cooker. Cover with the lid and cook as directed! How great is that???

The last thing I made in my crock pot was cowboy chili. We’ve had a very hot summer and I’ve used my crock pot very regularly to avoid using the oven.
I made a Cube Steak Crock Pot meal this week. Yummy.

Boneless Chicken Breast, cooked on low while at work, and then shredded for tacos after work. Leftover chicken used for sandwiches the next day.

It was awesome! 1/8 of recipe for 6 freestyle points.
