Today, to celebrate summer, the pinnacle of Smoothie Season, I’m giving away a Ninja Blender (affiliate link).

While I enjoy smoothies all year long, they definitely show up on my radar a lot more during the long warm summer days of summer. Smoothies are such an easy, delicious way to fuel and energize your day.

I know that according to Weight Watchers you are supposed to count the fruit and vegetables when used to make a beverage, I often circumvent the rule by making my smoothies thick enough to eat with a spoon!

A healthy delicious way to bump up my fruit and vegetable intake, as long as I am able to maintain my weight where I want I don’t consider it a crime!

  1. I love the fresh fruits and veggies, farmers markets, longer days, lighter clothing, and beautiful outdoors.

  2. Being able to spend more time outside with family and friends. It’s enjoyable to get out, participate in activities and prepare healthy meals and smoothies using fresh fruit and vegetables.

  3. The best thing about summer is all the fresh fruits and veggies. I also love the ability to go outside and enjoy nature.
