The winner of the Ninja blender (affiliate link) is: Sherri Terry
Congratulations, Sherri. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your blender (affiliate link)!
Today, to celebrate summer, the pinnacle of Smoothie Season, I'm giving away a Ninja Blender (affiliate link).
While I enjoy smoothies all year long, they definitely show up on my radar a lot more during the long warm summer days of summer. Smoothies are such an easy, delicious way to fuel and energize your day.
I know that according to Weight Watchers you are supposed to count the fruit and vegetables when used to make a beverage, I often circumvent the rule by making my smoothies thick enough to eat with a spoon!
A healthy delicious way to bump up my fruit and vegetable intake, as long as I am able to maintain my weight where I want I don't consider it a crime!

To enter, just leave a comment below answering the question, "What do you love most about summer?"

Honestly, my family loves that I make smoothies more in the summer! My blender is running hot and making strange noises--I'd much rather they (and I) get fruit and even a secret veggie in a smoothie than a dish of ice cream after dinner on a hot summer night!

The best thing about summer is finding different healthy recipes that I can bring to parties and cookouts. I love how everyone, even the kids, love what they are eating and they have no idea that it's healthy -- thank you spices!
