The winner of the Ninja blender (affiliate link) is: Sherri Terry

Congratulations, Sherri. Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your blender (affiliate link)!

Today, to celebrate summer, the pinnacle of Smoothie Season, I’m giving away a Ninja Blender (affiliate link).

While I enjoy smoothies all year long, they definitely show up on my radar a lot more during the long warm summer days of summer. Smoothies are such an easy, delicious way to fuel and energize your day.

I know that according to Weight Watchers you are supposed to count the fruit and vegetables when used to make a beverage, I often circumvent the rule by making my smoothies thick enough to eat with a spoon!

A healthy delicious way to bump up my fruit and vegetable intake, as long as I am able to maintain my weight where I want I don’t consider it a crime!

  1. I love the cool early morning sunshine. A warm cup of green tea and my smoothies with banana; watermelon; blueberries and celery.

  2. I love summer because of all the fruits and vegetables available. My blender is at least 35-40 years old. I would love to win a new one. ??

  3. I love the bike trip to one of the local Farmers markets to pick out the freshest fruits and veggies available. It’s also great people watching, folks are all in a good mood, and there are always wonderful food truck goodies available. Many WW choices among the offerings!

  4. My favourite thing about summer is the relaxed mood. If I feel like only eating salad for dinner, that’s okay. Bedtime is relaxed, there’s less of a routine. It’s really a nice relaxing time of the year.
