Today, to celebrate summer, the pinnacle of Smoothie Season, I’m giving away a Ninja Blender (affiliate link).

While I enjoy smoothies all year long, they definitely show up on my radar a lot more during the long warm summer days of summer. Smoothies are such an easy, delicious way to fuel and energize your day.
I know that according to Weight Watchers you are supposed to count the fruit and vegetables when used to make a beverage, I often circumvent the rule by making my smoothies thick enough to eat with a spoon!
A healthy delicious way to bump up my fruit and vegetable intake, as long as I am able to maintain my weight where I want I don’t consider it a crime!

The abundance of fantastic fresh fruits and veggies. I grow my own tomatoes and herbs and I enjoy going out to the backyard and picking what I need.
I love walks and sunshine and yummy fruits and salad.
More time spent with family and using the pool!
I love the fresh fruits of summer. Smoothies are always good!
I enjoy early morning walks where ever I am, the birds chirping yet the quiet . Jumping and playing with grands in the afternoon swim. Nice dinner on the porch with the husband.
The warmth of the sun and grilling zucchini and other WW healthy meals.
Iove the warm weather, family time together for cooking outdoors with all the fresh garden vegetables. Uummm can smell it now chicken, hamburger in the grill with fresh green beans, corn on the cob cooking right beside them. And oh yeah the cold smoothies made with fresh fruit. Nothing could be better
Longer days and no schedules!!
Cooking out!!!
I love my garden! Not only do I get a huge assortment of fresh veggies to eat every day, but I love to can and freeze my produce so I can enjoy it all year long!
