Today, to celebrate summer, the pinnacle of Smoothie Season, I’m giving away a Ninja Blender (affiliate link).

While I enjoy smoothies all year long, they definitely show up on my radar a lot more during the long warm summer days of summer. Smoothies are such an easy, delicious way to fuel and energize your day.
I know that according to Weight Watchers you are supposed to count the fruit and vegetables when used to make a beverage, I often circumvent the rule by making my smoothies thick enough to eat with a spoon!
A healthy delicious way to bump up my fruit and vegetable intake, as long as I am able to maintain my weight where I want I don’t consider it a crime!

I love the sunny days and all the fruits and fresh vegetables
I love my kids home from college, watching my vegetable garden grow, going to the lake and then again I love watching Christmas in July shows on the Hallmark Channel. ? Most of all the slower pace of life!
Fresh fruit and vegetables and the long sunny days.
My kids are very active year round with their sports but the summer gives us a bit more freedom to do spur of the moment memory makers! I also love they abundance of fresh produce. Bring on the berries!
Swiing, camping, flowers, the smell of the ocean and fresh mown grass.
Summer BBQ’s and the water parks!
Summer is the busiest time for our Farm Business so what I like best is there are lots of fresh grab-n-eat veg and fruit available for our quick meals.
I love everything there is about summer. But most of all, seeing my herb garden grow and flourish with sun, and, rain. The utter enjoyment of harvesting basil, tarragon, rosemary and more and turning them into pesto and herbal butters. Summer is love.
I love the smell of summer.
I love more sunshine at the end of the day. Mostly I love the fresh vegetables straight from the garden – such a good remembrance of working the garden with my dad.
