Why Use Citrus Bliss Invigorating Blend
I can’t believe there are only 25 shopping days left until Christmas.
Although I don’t have many gifts to buy, I still love to be out amongst the hustle & bustle during this time of year.
My favorite thing to do is get up early on Black Friday morning, swing by a local coffee shop that has opened extra early for the big day, grab an eggnog latte, and head to Target just to watch the shopping chaos!
Are you one of those shoppers with all the stress of fighting the crowds to get the bargains?
Or dealing with the stress of finding the perfect gift for the person who has everything?
Or maybe, like me, is it just the stress of getting the house ready for entertaining over the holidays?

My adult child living back at home.
My biggest holiday stress has to be the relatives. Some people are just so hard to be around for a long period of time. I feel like they are sort of toxic, if you know what I mean. You can pick your friends, but……..
Money and time is always in short supply. And stress always makes me want to eat junk!
Getting the house in order to get the tree up. We don’t have to decorate from one end of the house to the other but I do enjoy the tree. This year due to health issues…just had surgery…I’ll be happy and grateful with the small tree or even one of the ceramic ones. It’s family and health and the real reason for Christmas.
My biggest holiday stressor is waiting until the last minute to get things done
My biggest stresser in not enough time or money
I’m a cookie fiend so it’s hard to control my love of cookies and my WW program! I never met a cookie I didn’t like describes me to a t! Love your website Martha and the necklace is sweet. Love essential oils!
My stress occurs when suddenly my plans change and set me off schedule. No fault of mine, just sudden accidents or someone else’s needs override the plans & schedule
Keeping the real reason of the season a priority. Too many people make it about presents and eating too much and doing too much and partying too much instead of spending time with family and friends and going to church and celebrating the birth of Jesus. We have a nice family dinner on Christmas Day so I try to get in more exercise so I can enjoy some “Goodies” that day! I love dancing so I also enjoy going out with friends to have some fun.
Biggest stressor is working – as a nurse in correctional care I am not able to be with my family as well as security and the inmates being away from theirs. Very difficult to celebrate under these circumstances
