Hello. My favorite cookbook is the paperback Fanny Farmer Boston Cooking School Cook Book that my foster mother gave me for Christmas in the late 1960s. At the time, I did not even know how to set a table. She taught me so much about how to take care of my little son and a home. I still use it to refer to basics and modify many recipes to include healthier choices. ?
Jean Hastings
Betty Crocker - it has everyday food and is excellently written for a beginner.

Yes - hello,
I just bought the new Gina Homolka cookbook Skinny taste - ONE & DONE.
It has 140 one pan recipes. There are lots of pictures and the instructions are easy to understand. The cookbook uses Instant Pot, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer, Sheet Pan, Skillet and Dutch Oven.
Everything I have made from it has been delicious.
Every recipe has the nutritional info so I can calculate my Weight Watcher points.
Thank you.

Hi, Martha. Thank you so much for the weekly coaching and keeping me on the path. Over the years I have used many of Giada's recipes and collected all her cookbooks. Being aware of healthy eating and clean eating I can "tweak" almost any recipe and simply use my cookbooks as a guide to inspiring some creative, healthy meals. Giada actually published a lovely book devoted to clean eating. Mine is packed currently, as I am just moving into our downsized home. Nice thing about this journey, as I downsized my belongings, I also downsized Me! Love the new program and focus on wellness as a holistic practitioner. Keep up the good work and many thanks, again.
All the best, Maureen Mahoney

Mine Betty Crocker’s Red Cookbook is always my go to favorite cookbook! This was a wedding gift in 1976, over the years I’ve used this for it’s useful information, several pages explaining terms, ingredients, cooking, menus and table service ideas for entertainment! This was the best gift to begin my life as a new wife! The pages are yellowed and torn and show the years of use. I believe this cookbook will continue to be my favorite!
