Heirloom Tomatoes!
My favorite summer food is chicken, ribs, steak, almost anything cooked on the BBQ!
My favorite summer food is anything meaty that I can make in a short amt of time and NOT TURN ON MY OVEN, PLUS A VARIETY OF ALL VEGETABLES, ETC. I just had bariatric surgery this month and my first order is to get enough protein in my diet. The meat also has to be cooked in a slow cooker fashion with a sauce or liquid to make it easier for my stomach to process the food. Since I am alone, I sometimes find it hard to come up with a vehicle to make the very small portions I need to ingest @ frequent intervals. All I have is the large Crock pot that I used for my family as they were growing up. I certainly could use the Mini Instant Pot to help with my situation. Thank you!
Favorite summer food – every lean protein on the grill along with grilled veggies and any in season fresh fruit!
Watermelon! It is sweet and delicious, AND good for you!
Blueberries! I can’t get enough of them when they are fresh and sweet!
Just love fresh garden cucumbers and dill, as well as fresh garden tomatoes
My favorite summer food would have to be the fresh corn we get. We get it from the fields and so it’s still wet with morning dew! The best smells are from these corn. So fresh and clean and earthy.I’ve used my 2 crock pots for years, and love them. I have never seen this type of pot but being disabled really something like this pot would be a G-d send.
Figs and tomatoes are my favorites!!
I love doing salads with chicken. Always have heard about the instapot.
