Why I'm Thankful For doTERRA's DigestZen
Just under a week to go, and I still have more gatherings with family and friends to attend.
Between the buffets and Christmas cookies, it's been a real struggle for me. More often than not, I tend to overindulge.
Talk about mindless eating! Why can't I stop before I'm in pain?
It's times like this that I'm so thankful to have doTERRA's DigestZen (affiliate link) blend.
Lately I've been using it in all forms; inhaling a drop of the oil, rubbing it on my belly, applying it to my upper chest, and taking the gel caps.

Lucky for me this one oil supports all types of digestive issues*.
My favorite indulgence this time of year has to be the Christmas cookies.
I just love ones called Peanut Butter Blossoms.
I even have my own weird way of eating them. First I remove the chocolate kiss, and then I alternate between bites of the cookie and chocolate.
It's heavenly! And yes, I've even been sneaking them for breakfast!
What is your favorite food indulgence during the holiday season?

Peanut Butter Fudge!

I always seem to over indulge with Cut-out cookies-the ones with the most frosting and homemade fudge.
Kathy C
When it comes to chocolate I have a hard time during the holidays. I can make smart choices most of the year but I always give in to my cravings in December!!
Barbara
Just went to a Cookie Exchange and boy, does my tummy feel it!! They are my weakness as well.

Like you Martha,I love (all of the different) cookies made for Christmas but something that I really love and learned how to make with my mom is the peanut brittle! This peanut brittle tastes way better than any store bought and everybody in my family looks forward to it and my peanut butter fudge every year! The brittle is so addicting that it is really hard to walk away from.I love to make it because it makes me reminisce about my mom and dad each year. My mom loved making it and dad loved to eat it so that one recipe is the first to always be pulled out of my recipe drawer when it turns December!
P.S.I love licorice! 😉

Chocolate anything. I really restrict my chocolate intake throughout the year, during the holiday season I eat like I'm making up for lost time. Not the best idea... But So. Dang. Good!

My favourite Christmas indulgence is turkey stuffing. I can never have enough of it and it's a food that always reminds me of past Christmases. Too bad something so delicious has a high fat and carb content, but it's worth it once a year!

Tamales. I could eat them by the dozen, 3 times a day.
Maryanne Vermillion
Have only had 2 parties to go to. I was very careful in my eating choices. Had fruit for dessert at one and a single small piece of fudge at the other.
Sherril McGann
I normally do not eat pies, but during the holidays I allow myself a slice of pecan pie...totally decadent!
