Lavender Essential Oil Description

Lavender Oil Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.

I like to relax by taking a nice bubble bath. I would love to try the lavender oil to help me sleep better.

I have my green glass globe Victorian lamp next to the bed and always keep it on a little while as a calm glow. I like to lean against an arm pillow I’ve had for years (one with back and arms) to read or rest. Air movement from a ceiling fan or the air conditioner help as well. Always talking with my husband quietly is a real blessing.
Lavender is my favorite essential oil. I use more than I should in my diffuser when I get in bed. TV and smartphone off by 9 P.M. I also apply a few drops on my pillow. My lovely niece who has bravely battled MS for many years is the one who shared the benefits of essential oils. I’d love to receive a bottle for her.
I like to write my ” to do ” list for the next day. It helps me wake up with a plan already set for the day.
i like to read in bed and i always have a lavendar candle burning for about 1/2 hour before i turn the lights off
I love doTerra essential oils. And Lavender is one of my very favorites because it can be used in so many ways. When I am stressed, I diffuse it to relax at night. I also use it on my dog when she is afraid during thunder storms or fireworks. I also take it with me when I travel to put on the pillow case at the hotel to help me get a good nights sleep. I have put it in my bath water to enjoy a relaxing bath. So when I want to relax, I will often go to lavender – rubbing it on my neck and listening to music, reading a book, or knitting.
I get the deepest, most restful sleep when I have had a good workout sometime that day. I also turn off electronics, do some stretching and read a good book. (no work reading)
I like to read articles or a book. It takes my mind off the events of the day and helps me relax.
