Lavender Essential Oil Description

Lavender Oil Directions for Use
Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
Internal use: Dilute one drop in 4 fl. oz. of liquid.
Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with doTERRA Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize any skin sensitivity. See additional precautions below.




Reading is my go to thing to do before I go to bed at night. I have a hard time falling asleep so this seems to help.
a cup of warm milk with honey starts to relax me & a few cotton balls with essential oil placed at the seamed end of my pillow, and nitey-nite.
I’m so lucky to sleep well and fall asleep easily most nights. On the rare occasion when I can’t sleep, a warm mug of milk with honey always does the trick!
I have found that if I do a 10 minute guided meditation (I found many on YouTube) I sleep well that night. Of course, I would never turn down a lavender Epsom salt bath either. For me, it’s all about letting go of the things that caused me worry. <3
I diffuse lavender during the night
Lavender is such a peaceful color, I’ve painted by bedroom lavender. I put Lavender on my feet before going to sleep.
I lay down in bed and read a book. I fall asleep within 5 minutes or less. It is getting back to sleep when I wake up that is my problem.
I love to read before I go to bed. If I have extra time to really unwind, I step into my spa bathtub and let the water jets do their work. Of course, lavender oil is always part of that routine!

I usually get everything ready for the morning before I go to bed. That helps me sleep better knowing I don’t have to worry about it when I get up.
