  1. I’ve never owned a slow cooker and would love to try my mom’s lentil soup recipe as well as my own soups and stews in this. What fun to have a new “toy” in the kitchen! Thanks for offering this!

  2. Love to cook a good pot roast with lots of carrots, a few onions and potatoes in my crockpot! Cooks all day and makes the house smell divine! (White chili is also a winner — see WW cookbooks.)

  3. I don’t use my slow cooker as much as I would like. If I had a programmable one I would use it more. I always worry about leaving something on. My favorite meal to make is split pea soup in the crock pot.

  4. My fave is a pot roast. It frees me up when I have company. Delicious, always a hit. So easy. In addition, it makes the house smell so good.

  5. I love anything cooked in the crockpot because it makes so much simpler! I use it to cook meals as well as to keep things warm for potlucks that I prepare a day in advance.

  6. One of my favotites is Creamed chicken. Chicken breasts, gravy mix and cream of chicken soup. Simple and easy!
