  1. I would love to win this crockpot. I’ve beeb married over 40 years and still using the same crockpot we received as a wedding gift. I love making chicken and rice casserole in the crockpot. My kids always loved it. My daughter even requests it on her birthday.

  2. Venison Roast:
Venison has to cook a long time because of no fat. A crock pot is perfect for this. Keeps me from having to be around a stove for 5 hours.

  3. My favorite crockpot dish is Baby Lima Beans with Ham. When I was a kid, my Mother would freeze the leftover have from Easter and when the weather got cool, she would put the ham, bone and all, in the crockpot with the the beans that she soaked overnight. That was good eating especially with a buttered hard rolI. I make this all the time in memory of my Mother.

  4. My favorite dish to make, in the slow cooker, is pulled pork. I can make it leaner by using pork tenderloins. The slow cooker keeps it nice and moist. When we add sauce, it rivals our favorite barbecue restaurant.
