I don’t have a slow cooker and have thinking about purchasing one but never sure it would work for. I am a weight watcher and do think that so many of the recipes for slow cooking, ww meals are terrific I still hesitate!!! My favorite dish to make in the slow cooker is Barbecue-Glazed Turkey Meatloaf – only 2 points a serving and my whole family loves it!
I love my white chicken chili. Just chicken breasts, broth, picante sauce, northern white beans, and spices.
Pasta sauce, chicken stew, beef stew, I would love a slow cooker – mine was my mother’s and I am 75 years old now.
My favorite recipe for crockpot is a fiesta chicken chili. Yum!
