The winner of the casserole crock pot is:

Maureen who said, “ My favorite cake to make in a 9×13 pan is banana cake with cream cheese frosting. My family goes crazy for it.”

Congratulations Maureen! Please send an email to support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your casserole crock.

Today I’m giving away a Crock-Pot Casserole Crock Slow Cooker (affiliate link). Have you seen it?

I fell in love with it as soon as I caught a glimpse while shopping back in 2014. The Casserole Crock Slow Cooker (affiliate link) from Crock-Pot is perfect for baking all kinds of casseroles, lasagnas and cakes.

And it’s pretty too.  Rod proclaimed it the ‘best looking slow cooker’ he’d ever seen.

While you can make casseroles in any slow cooker, I love the Casserole Crock’s 9×13-inch shape because it allows you to make and bake all kinds of casseroles and cakes without turning on the oven.

  1. Cooked chicken breast, shredded, mix in with cooked basmati rice; add one can of mushroom soup and one can of 1% milk. Add (optional) hot sauce to taste. Put in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. This is a favorite in our house.

  2. I love making Baked Ziti in a 9×13 pan…not sure if it would work in a slow cooker, but maybe it would. I guess I’d cook the pasta and meat first, combine with sauce and cheese and then slow-cook. Yumm (I hope!)

  3. I love to make a banana cake with banana frosting. It reminds me of the Sara Lee banana cake my mother bought us for a treat when we were kids. ?

  4. I’ve never had one of these, just the 4 or 6 quart one. I love to cook lasagna, post roast, ham with potatoes and etc.
