In June 2015, Brennette began a 20-week transformative journey with the new Weight Watchers Beyond the Scale Program.
This is her journey…
“When I was a kid I had lots of friends. Did bike riding. Climbed trees.
I’ve always had a weight issue.
But now I’m older and it’s becoming a problem.
The stuff I normally do, I couldn’t do.
I’m excited for the next three months… and I’m excited for the rest of my life, because I want to see how this pans out for me and to feel better about myself.
We’re eight weeks in and I’m feeling great.
I can see the change. I don’t feel as tired or drained anymore.
I was drinking like 12 sodas a day and within three weeks, I’m not drinking any soda.
I don’t want anyone to think this happened overnight.
To do the exercise. To eat healthy. To make better choices.
It’s like a life change.
Where I’m at is so fantastic. I couldn’t have chosen a better program.
With the app they have and the support – especially the weigh-ins – I think it’s great.
Having a supportive team, like my girlfriends, it keeps me going to.”
20 Weeks Into The Program

After 20 weeks on Weight Watchers Beyond the Scale program, Brunette lost 45 pounds and feels “better than ever.”
She says she has renewed energy, confidence and excitement for living.
Brennette continues to eat healthier foods, run at her local track and enjoy her newfound lifestyle.
