  1. I am grateful for my son. He is truly a gift from God. I cherish the time that we are spending together with the ‘home-schooling’. I am a teacher and he is a junior in high school, so we are both at home. Even though we sometimes get on each other’s nerves, things are going very well. He will soon be leaving the “nest” and I am grateful for every moment together.

  6. I am grateful today, Easter Sunday, for the gift of the resurrection. I am also grateful that the sun was shining for a while here in (usually cloudy) Michigan. I sat on my front deck, on the porch swing, and read my book while I drank my special Sunday coffee. Delightful. I am thankful I can move easily and took a long walk this morning. I talked with my Mom on the phone and with my cousin – they both live on the other side of the state. My husband was feeling pretty good today as well. There are many things to be grateful for if you just look around you.

  7. I am thankful that my 86 year old mother is able to stay with us during this “stay at home” season. We were able to celebrate Easter together. Tomorrow marks four weeks together – time that we would not be able to spend together otherwise. We celebrate Resurrection Day – empty stores and churches – but full hearts of gratitude!

  8. I am thankful for a daughter and granddaughter who have been and continue to help my husband and me through this Cornavirus Virus time by shopping for, buying, and delivering to us foods and other items we need. Not only do they have to go to several markets to get items, they also must deliver them to us, a distance of about 30 miles one way.
