I love the having the opportunity to showcase weight loss success stories here on Simple Nourished living. There's something very powerful about seeing proof from real people who have done it.

Today, we're honored to be featuring Judy M, who explains that after being heavy practically all of her life, she finally got serious and lost 108 pounds. After years of futile attempts to lose weight, "weight loss masters" took control. They stopped looking to others for all the answers and decided to lose weight for themselves. They took responsibility and became accountable for their actions. Judy is such a great role model of this in action.
