Bright Pink Juice

(30 Days of Juicing Day #21 – Bright Pink Juice)

Though it looks more red than pink in the above photo, this truly was Bright Pink Juice. I swear. I found the recipe on the Reboot with Joe website where it’s called Bright Pink-A-Licious Juice.  Described as, “creamy, sweet and pink and tasting nothing like dirt, despite having 2 beets in it!”

Skinny on Bight Pink Juice

I loved the name + color. But I could definitely taste beets, so this is not a good choice if you are averse to them. I’m not so I thought it was good. I think this juice recipe could definitely benefit from some tweaking. Next time I will add more lemon and some ginger and apple to perk it up and add more tang.

According to my calculations each serving has 80 calories and *2 Weight Watchers Points Plus.

Enjoy!
