If you are looking for an easy, satisfying pasta dinner that’s big on flavor without being heavy, this Ziti with Tomatoes, White Beans and Spinach is a delicious choice. Tender ziti is tossed with creamy white beans, fresh spinach and juicy cherry tomatoes in a light, garlicky broth, then finished with a light sprinkle of Parmesan cheese for just the right amount of savory flavor.
This simple vegetarian pasta dish is Weight Watchers friendly, thanks to the combination of fiber-rich beans, nutrient packed spinach and a moderate amount of pasta. The white beans add plenty of satisfying plant-based protein and make the dish feel hearty and comforting without requiring lots of cheese or heavy cream.
Best of all, this easy weeknight pasta comes together with everyday ingredients and makes a flavorful, filling meal the whole family can enjoy. Serve it on its own for a simple meatless dinner or pair with a crisp green salad—like this favorite shredded romaine and dill—for an easy, balanced meal.

Recipe Notes
Bulk up this pasta dish with more zero point veggies. Try adding about 2 cups of sliced cremini or baby Bella mushrooms to the skillet along with the spinach in Step 3.
I also like to add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes to my pasta.
