Optional Add-Ins
- Substitute sliced turkey with lean chicken breast
- Try mixed greens in place of the more traditional crispy romaine
- Chopped hard-boiled egg
- Crispy bacon crumbles add that smoky, salty flavor that makes a Cobb salad distinctive
- Blue cheese crumbles
- Red wine vinaigrette instead of the creamy blue cheese yogurt dressing
If you are aiming to keep your wrap lighter or ore WeightWatchers-friendly:
- Use 1-2 slices of center-cut bacon, cooked until crisp and then crumbled.
- Try fully cooked turkey bacon for fewer calories and fat.
- Or leave the bacon out entirely (which is what I did), making it more like a turkey-avocado wrap inspired by a Coob salad rather than a traditional Cobb.
