I love getting together with family during Christmas.
My favorite Christmas movie is National Lampoons Christmas Vacation.
In January I would love to make the Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken with Black Beans and Corn featured on skinnytaste.
Establishing Healthy Habits and doing a little everyday is the secret that resonates with me most.
My top goal is portion control and get more steps in each day.
(1) I love most the excitement of seeing friends and family that you don’t normally see much during the year.

(4) “Don’t Live In Deprivation” – Once I limit myself, I go off track and end up eating everything in sight. I let myself have a cookie or a 1/2 cup of ice cream if I’m craving something sweet. It always keeps me from getting out of control.
(5) I want to cook more meals from scratch with wholesome ingredients. I had a hard year, so I went off track and ended up making easy meals with empty calories.
