  2. 1. Favorite thing about Christmas – The house decorations. It always makes me smile to I see them.
    2. Favorite Christmas movie – It’s difficult to pick just one. We watched so many this year. I’ll pick Muppets Christmas Carole.
    3. New recipe – Ground Turkey with Potatoes and Spring Peas. I’ll probably have to use frozen peas since fresh spring peas are hard to find on January.
    4. Weight loss rules – I’d say Establish Healthy Habits but I consider Add Movement To Your Days a healthy habit I want to establish so it looks like I have 2 favorites.
    5. Weight loss goal – Lose 20 lbs by May and pray that it reduces my sugar and cholesterol levels.

  5. I love having both of my children home with me for Christmas!! The Polar Express is our favorite Christmas Movie. We watch it as a family every year. I would love to try the Stuffed Buffalo Chicken breast sometime soon! YUMMO!
    #5 – add movement to your days. I have really slacked on the walking lately…need to get back into the groove. My top health/wellness goal is to get back on track with the healthy eating and start moving again.

    4. Adding movement to my days will be the best way for me to continue losing weight. The older I get the harder it is to take the weight off.
    5. I need to get back to the gym. The gift card would help make that a reality. I have arthritis in my hips which makes it more difficult to want to move more. Our gym has a pool with aqua fit classes for people like me!

    (2) What is your favorite Christmas movie? Im a big fan of Home Alone. I love the hi jinx that Kevin gets himself into and out of. I love watching it with my son who just bursts out laughing while watching it that makes it even better

    (3) Use this recipe search to find one new recipe you want to make in January and tell us what it is. I just got an Instant Pot of Xmas so Im excited to try making the salsa chicken in it.

    (4) Which of these 7 Secrets of Weight Loss most resonates with you? Establish healthy eating habits. This is one of my biggest struggles I love food ad of course everything that I love is not good for you so I need to fall in love with healthier options

    (5) What is your top health/wellness goal for 2018? Ive already lost 50 lbs while on Weight Watchers and I want to keep the trend going and lose the next 50. I also want to be more consistent with exercising. I get super motivated and exercise non stop then I burn out and don’t do it for a while. I want to find something that I enjoy doing and stick with it

  8. What do I love most about Christmas? Hands down it’s watching my kids and husband open gifts! The happiness that radiates from them fills my heart with joy!
    My favorite movie is definitely Elf! It brings out the childlike giggles in me every time!
    My next recipe I will try from the Recipe Search is definitely the 0 pt veg Soup! I’m actually craving healthy food after all the goodies (yes, I had more than enough for two people this yr ?)
    Which of the 7 Secrets of weight Loss resonates most with Me? CONTROLLING MY ENVIRONMENT!! If I don’t do that, I lose for sure!
    My top health/wellness goal for this year is to keep my daughter’s June wedding as my focus to feel like a million bucks by then. I may not be my goal size, but I do want to be well on my way there and feeling super healthy by then! Hence, why the $500 would be such a blessing to me right now! Wedding are stressful and expensive!

    5. I am 62 and have kept 50 lbs off for a year I don’t like the gym atmosphere but wanted to start strength training. My sweet husband got me a set of free weights for Christmas and my niece gave me a set of resistance bands. My son gave me a gas grill now that is family support. Exercise and healthy cooking!
