My top goal is to walk more. I work on the computer several hours a day and I don't get up and move around as much as I should. I plan on setting a timer to make sure I get up and move around or go on a walk regularly. My second goal is to quit drinking soda, I don't even want to admit how much I drink, but I plan to gradually cut it out and drink way more water.

1) my favorite thing about Christmas is having my brother and family here, our gatherings around the table and reminiscing.
2) By far my favorite Christmas movie is Miracle on 34th St. It’s old, but the simplicity of life and the innocence of a child resonates.
3) My go to meal will definitely be turkey chili for zero points!
4) all those “secrets” are important but from my experience the two that stand out are tracking and keeping the right food environment. Once I stop tracking I eat more than I think I eat and if I don’t have the right foods in the house I definitely go off plan.
5) I have some health issues, so my goal for 2018 is to stay on plan, attend WW meetings and hopefully my health issues will improve.
