The winner of the gift card is Kathy E. who said…

“Gift-giving is something I love because I enjoy making personalized gifts, especially sewing up tote bags, coaster sets, quilts and table runners. I always keep the recipient’s preferences and colors in mind as I sew, always adding love to every stitch! Of course, receiving handmade gifts is the best too! Gift-giving and receiving are always appreciated with thoughtfulness and love behind the act.”

Congratulations Kathy E., please send an email support@simple-nourished-living.com to claim your gift card!

  1. It’s not about the gift itself. I try hard to give thoughtful gifts, from the heart. And I love to receive in kind. Makes it all so special.

  2. I like to give gifts that are what a person really wants. I ask questions and listen intently to what they say that might give me an idea. I’m not a fan of gift cards (although I do give some) because it is Not personable to me.

  3. For my friends with critters (dogs, cats, birds) I like to give them certificates! Each one is designed to their specific need i.e. three hrs of babysitting; overnight or weekend stay, etc! As for me this gift is two sided – I get to love on their pets as my circumstances don’t allow for a full time critter! Makes me smile! Everyone gets to enjoy themselves!

  4. Definitely gift cards now that I don’t live close to my family it’s hard to keep up with what they already have and I like receiving them now especially since I’m a stay at home mom and money is tight. If I’m given cash it somehow always ends up as a bill payment.

  5. I love to receive a gift of time and a glass of ice tea from my friends.
Also, I always love to receive a bottle of wine when someone comes for dinner.
