I have been making fruit sorbets for one of my grandsons who is allergic to dairy. We have enjoyed them so much.
My healthy habit is going into our brand new swimming pool for at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 times a week. Refreshing, fun, and good for me!

Getting to bed earlier so I get adequate sleep. Doing so has helped me control my late night snacking.
Freeze chunks of fresh pineapple and blend with coconut milk and a little honey! Yummy and satisfying!

We have a problem drinking enough water, so we have started a drinking contest/competition using water infused with fruits or veggies. Both of us are doing much better
I watch my weight and am trying to lose 20 pounds!! Having one of these would make treats very healthy and yummy! I would love to try it out!!!
