  1. Cold, juicy watermelon and fresh picked blueberries. I have started drinking water with fresh squeezed lemon! So refreshing!

  2. Fresh fruit, especially peaches and pineapple, is my favorite summertime treat. After reading Mindless Eating, my new habit is to serve dinner on plates with no extras on the table. It really cuts down on additional servings.
