  2. My favorite summer treat is ice cold watermelon!! I could eat the whole melon (but I don’t because that adds up to a lot of points!). My new healthy habit this summer? Swimming in our backyard pool!

  3. All the delicious summer fruits are my favorite sweet treat. My healthy habit: I have made several kinds of soup this summer to have on hand when I need 0 point snack.

    I am exercising outside on days when it isn’t raining.

  5. I live in the south where a dark roux is the king of flavor and either makes or breaks an entree. It is made by stirring equal parts oil and flour until it turns dark brown, I have had to learn how to make a roux without oil. Now I just put it in the pot and stir until the flour turns brown and it’s perfectly delicious.

  6. #1 My favorite summer treat is a Smoothie. I use the Weight Watcher Smoothie mixes and add a small amount of WalMart sugar free flavored creamer (0 PTS) for a total of 2 pts for a large glass. Chocolate or Salty Caramel. Sometime I add fruit as well.
    #2 One new habit I have formed is that when I’m hungry, I drink water before I reach for anything to eat. I have learned that often I am just thirsty.

  7. My favorite summer time treat has to be the Healthy Choice fudge bars that contain only 3 weight watcher points while satisfying my sweet tooth and giving me a cool treat in the hot weather.
    My new habit has been to include fresh fruits and veggies in every meal!! I have lost 50 lbs and became a lifetime member about a month ago.
