  1. My favorite summertime treat is Halo Top Ice Cream. My new habit is preparing cut up fruit and veggies ahead of time so they are handy, both for me, and to drop into my husband’s lunch!

    My new healthy summer habit has been to eat cold fruit instead of the Moose Tracks (full fat) ice cream !

  4. I love fresh fruit blueberries, mellons, strawbrries, raspberries, you name it and it would be fantastic to put it all together in the Yonanas machine. What a wonderful Summer treat for everyone. Less calories and not much sugar, it would be great for a diabetic or anyone trying to lose weight!

  5. Watermelon is our (me and my husband) favorite. We are really trying to make sure we get our exercise everyday and have cut the size of our meal portions down. We are also drinking more fluids.

  6. In the summer, I make frozen blueberry smoothies using the frozen blueberries that I have picked. This year, I have joined a gym and am doing weight training to help me build muscle.

  7. My favorite summertime sweet treat is a Weight Watchers yogurt chocolate bar. It gives me the chocolate I crave, is easy and quick to grab and I never feel deprived. A change to my diet this summer is keeping dinner meals very small, eating in time every day, and after my frozen yogurt bar, being done with eating at least 3 hours before bedtime.

  8. My favorite summer treat is smores. And my healthy treat is put frozen watermelon in my water to drink.
