  1. I LOVE ICE CREAM, HAVE TO WATCH THE SMARTPOINTS ON IT AND THEY CAN ADD UP FAST. A HEALTHY HABIT FOR THE SUMMER IS TO EAT MORE FRUIT AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER TO CUT DOWN CRAVINGS.

    I have learned portion control and BBQ ‘s do not have t be off program.

    2. I have given up exercise for the summer due to plantar’s fasciitis, so I am back to tracking as my summertime habit! Can’t get away with as much if I’m not exercising!

  5. 1. Sadly, ice cream is my all time favorite. Never mind the summer, I would stand in line if there was 3 feet of snow on the ground to get an ice cream cone.

    2. Which leads to my second answer. For the most part I have been strong and stayed away from my favorite ice cream stand, Fore U Ice Cream in West Lebanon, NH. Sometimes, it takes a lot of “self” talk to drive by or away.

  6. My favorite go to is my eating a banana every morning. I walk 30 miles a week. My habit is swimming in my backyard pool. I jog, and have water weights

    Which coincidentally is my new healthy habit. After being on WW Freestyle and following you, I’ve incorporated fruit into my diet big time. I had never been much of a fruit eater now I always have fruit in my fridge. And, I’ve lost 18 pounds.
