Tell Us A Little Bit About Your Weight Struggle

I have always been ‘big,’ but I felt I finally reached a tipping point and decided to do something about it. My biggest issue was that I would justify eating more because I could “carry it well.”

What Was Your Wake-Up Call Or “A-Ha Moment” That Caused You To Really Commit Yourself To Succeeding?

How Have Your Eating Habits Changed Since Beginning Your Journey? What Did You Eat Before And What Are You Eating Now?

I have made the effort not to just eat a bag of chips, or similar, because I was bored or watching a sporting event. My new relationship with food doesn’t allow me to have those treats. What Has Been The Biggest Change/Payoff For You So Far?

Just new clothes and not sweating when doing normal everyday tasks. I never hated or was down on myself when I was heavier, so my mental outlook is very similiar.

Some Advice and/or Words of Wisdom I’d Like To Share

There are no bad days, just days we can get a little better. Goals are important but they can’t define success. No matter what you want to achieve, you need to work at it and not losing a few extra pounds doesn’t mean that your ‘diet’ wasn’t successful. No plan works for everyone, customize yours to fit who you are and live your life.
