Tell Us A Little Bit About Your Weight Struggle
I have discovered a new me. I have lost 38 kgs (approximately 84 lbs.) in last 8 months with the help of good diet and basic exercise.
What Was Your Wake-Up Call Or “A-Ha Moment” That Caused You To Really Commit Yourself To Succeeding?
There wasn’t one a-ha moment, but yes I have wanted to lose weight and look good and fit for a very long time. The only thing lacking was will power.
And one day, I decided to change myself and discover a new, confident, beautiful and a more healthier me!
How Have Your Eating Habits Changed Since Beginning Your Journey? What Did You Eat Before And What Are You Eating Now?
My eating habits have changed a lot. I don’t snack in between my meals. I do not opt for junk food or go out to restaurants very much.
I always pay attention to the nutritional value of the food I’m eating and of course, the calories I am taking in.
I have also started drinking loads of water to avoid extra intake of calories.
Earlier I was just eating whenever I was free, all kind of junk food along with my home meals.
Now I am having a balanced diet which is making me much more healthier and happy.
What Is The Difference In Your Fitness Before You Started And Now?
A lot has changed. Earlier I really did not bother with fitness and now it has become my priority above all.
I feel much more fit and healthy now and wish to motivate others as well to put their best foot forward towards fitness.
What Has Been The Biggest Change/Payoff For You So Far?
I have start discovering a new me and totally changed confident personality. I’ve also stop making compromises for myself which I use to do, and most importantly, I can wear what I wish—I do not have restriction to certain sizes.
I have started encouraging people to opt for fitness as their priority.
