I love my Microwave. I love heating leftovers in it.

1 1/2 qt crockpot. It limits the amount I can cook at one time. Cause once I start chopping I will fill whatever sized pot is in front of me. And I don’t like making, (and consequently throwing out) freezer meals
My can opener. I have arthritis in my hands and I can open a can of my favorite pinto beans!!
My favorite countertop appliance is my nutribullet. Small but mighty for my morning smoothie.
