Happy Thanksgiving Week!

I love Thanksgiving. It’s one of my favorite holidays. With its focus on gathering together with loved ones to enjoy delicious food and give thanks for all our blessings, what’s not to love?

So in honor of the upcoming turkey day festivities and as a small token of our deep appreciation for you, we are giving away one of my favorite kitchen tools for healthy cooking and weight loss – an Instant Pot!

Happy Thanksgiving Instant Pot Giveaway

Have you heard of the Instant Pot?

It is a multifunction electric pressure cooker that can produce fork-tender pot roasts in less than an hour, as well as brown meat, cook beans without soaking, and even do the job of a rice cooker (affiliate link) or crockpot.

Though you can find the Instant Pot at Wal-Mart, Target and Kohl’s, the bulk of its sales come from Amazon where it is a top-selling item.

I bought mine a couple of years ago and have been using it consistently ever since – mostly as a slow cooker.

I love that you can switch from saute to slow cooking with the press of a button.

My brother, Peter is experimenting more with pressure cooking to make things like this homemade pumpkin puree.

I could go on and on, but I won’t!

Without further ado…

This Giveaway has ended, please see winner above!

  2. Love Thanksgiving. My favorite time cooking for my very large family! I didn’t get to cook this year because my house flooded due to Hurricane Harvey. Wonderful times together!
