Happy Thanksgiving Week!
I love Thanksgiving. It’s one of my favorite holidays. With its focus on gathering together with loved ones to enjoy delicious food and give thanks for all our blessings, what’s not to love?
So in honor of the upcoming turkey day festivities and as a small token of our deep appreciation for you, we are giving away one of my favorite kitchen tools for healthy cooking and weight loss – an Instant Pot!

Have you heard of the Instant Pot?
It is a multifunction electric pressure cooker that can produce fork-tender pot roasts in less than an hour, as well as brown meat, cook beans without soaking, and even do the job of a rice cooker (affiliate link) or crockpot.

Though you can find the Instant Pot at Wal-Mart, Target and Kohl’s, the bulk of its sales come from Amazon where it is a top-selling item.
I bought mine a couple of years ago and have been using it consistently ever since – mostly as a slow cooker.
I love that you can switch from saute to slow cooking with the press of a button.
My brother, Peter is experimenting more with pressure cooking to make things like this homemade pumpkin puree.
I could go on and on, but I won’t!
Without further ado…
This Giveaway has ended, please see winner above!

Thanks for sharing your expertise in helping me be successful with my journey and Happy Thanksgiving.
Love eating and visiting with family. The Turkey is cooked in an oven bag, and my splurge is pumpkin cobbler – yum!! Happy Turkey Day to everyone!!
Spending time with my wonderful family is my number one. We eat turkey that is usually roasted, but the great part is that I have turned that tradition over to my son and his wife. Moving out of a 4 bedroom home into a small apartment works wonders when wanting to “pass the torch”. My special splurge would have to be all of the above while trying to control my portions. Happy Thanksgiving to all.
Spending time with family. We roast our turkey and my favorite food is sweet potatoes or yams.
Spending time with family is top on the list. So special . Husband usually cooks the turkey on the grill . We have a rotisserie . So tasty . My big splurge is stuffing and gravy .
I like going to my Sons family and enjoying the kids! Also like all the great food
