Happy Thanksgiving Week!
I love Thanksgiving. It’s one of my favorite holidays. With its focus on gathering together with loved ones to enjoy delicious food and give thanks for all our blessings, what’s not to love?
So in honor of the upcoming turkey day festivities and as a small token of our deep appreciation for you, we are giving away one of my favorite kitchen tools for healthy cooking and weight loss – an Instant Pot!

Have you heard of the Instant Pot?
It is a multifunction electric pressure cooker that can produce fork-tender pot roasts in less than an hour, as well as brown meat, cook beans without soaking, and even do the job of a rice cooker (affiliate link) or crockpot.

Though you can find the Instant Pot at Wal-Mart, Target and Kohl’s, the bulk of its sales come from Amazon where it is a top-selling item.
I bought mine a couple of years ago and have been using it consistently ever since – mostly as a slow cooker.
I love that you can switch from saute to slow cooking with the press of a button.
My brother, Peter is experimenting more with pressure cooking to make things like this homemade pumpkin puree.
I could go on and on, but I won’t!
Without further ado…
This Giveaway has ended, please see winner above!

Spending time with family and friends is so special. Roasted turkey is always on the menu. Stuffing and gravy is my very favorite. Happy Thanksgiving.
1. Watching the parade
2. Smoked – YUM can’t wait for it to be done.
3. All of the above (this year I will be using restraint on the size of my servings but enjoying everything).
I love cooking, I roast the turkey and I love to eat the dressing with gravy.

Thanksgiving is spending the day with my extended family eating roasted turkey, ham, cheesy potatoes, green beans, carrots, yeast rolls, cornbread, purple hull peas and numerous other dishes brought to the gathering.
My favorite splurge is some type of gooey dessert, preferably chocolate.
I love having my family to celebrate and to get together. I love deserts and can’t wait for them as we have them later in the day as we want to make sure we have room. I love to roast a turkey and this am my husband and son helped me get it ready. Happy Thanksgiving and safe travels for all.
I love spending time with family and friends. I always roast my turkey and I splurge in all of the above. Thanks for this great opportunity to own an instapot. Would make preparation a whole lot easier.
