Happy Thanksgiving Week!
I love Thanksgiving. It’s one of my favorite holidays. With its focus on gathering together with loved ones to enjoy delicious food and give thanks for all our blessings, what’s not to love?
So in honor of the upcoming turkey day festivities and as a small token of our deep appreciation for you, we are giving away one of my favorite kitchen tools for healthy cooking and weight loss – an Instant Pot!

Have you heard of the Instant Pot?
It is a multifunction electric pressure cooker that can produce fork-tender pot roasts in less than an hour, as well as brown meat, cook beans without soaking, and even do the job of a rice cooker (affiliate link) or crockpot.

Though you can find the Instant Pot at Wal-Mart, Target and Kohl’s, the bulk of its sales come from Amazon where it is a top-selling item.
I bought mine a couple of years ago and have been using it consistently ever since – mostly as a slow cooker.
I love that you can switch from saute to slow cooking with the press of a button.
My brother, Peter is experimenting more with pressure cooking to make things like this homemade pumpkin puree.
I could go on and on, but I won’t!
Without further ado…
This Giveaway has ended, please see winner above!

I enjoy splurging on the whole meal. Sitting down to a huge meal with family is what it’s all about. A good old roast is how we enjoy our turkey. I would love some day to try frying a turkey. But until then we sure do love the crispy skin of a roasted turkey. There isn’t one thing I can choose from the meal I love. All my family. My loved ones enjoying a typical Thanksgiving meal is what I enjoy most. But to be honest I’d be happy with Just my family eating bread and butter. As long as we were all their and healthy. Happy thanksgiving everyone!! I could sure use the pot. I don’t have any that do any of the features it does. It would make my life so much easier. I’m handicapped so setting it and forgetting it sure would help. Love you guys!?
I just joined the Mediterranean Diet yesterday. Looking forward to getting started. Could really use the Instant Pot. Thank you for offering it.
